BLAZIN Fuego 420 — The New Voice of Latino Culture
Led by President Naomi G & Program Director DJ HTX Drew
Today on BLAZIN 420, we sit down with two powerful voices igniting a cultural revolution within the Blazin Entertainment Network: Naomi G, the newly appointed President of BLAZIN Fuego 420, and DJ HTX Drew, the creative force and Program Director shaping the sound of the station.
Together, they represent the next era of Latino-focused media — where culture, creativity, and community meet under one global flame.
THE INTERVIEW BEGINS
BLAZIN 420:
Naomi, congratulations on stepping into the role of President of BLAZIN Fuego 420. What does this moment mean to you?
NAOMI G:
Thank you — it means everything.
My entire career has been about elevating voices, empowering artists, and creating spaces where creativity thrives.
Stepping into this role allows me to do that on a global scale.
BLAZIN Fuego 420 is more than a station — it’s a cultural home for our community.
I’m honored to lead it into its next chapter.
BLAZIN 420:
You’ve spent over a decade shaping music, media, and storytelling. How will your background influence the direction of BLAZIN Fuego 420?
NAOMI G:
My experience has taught me the power of authenticity.
Whether I’m writing, consulting, or developing talent, I focus on real stories and real connections.
At BLAZIN Fuego 420, we’re highlighting independent artists, Latino creatives, and voices that often get overlooked.
We’re building a platform that honors heritage while pushing culture forward.
BLAZIN 420:
What is your vision for the station in the coming years?
NAOMI G:
Expansion, innovation, and impact.
We’re launching original shows, spotlighting emerging Latino talent, strengthening global partnerships, and bringing a new level of creativity to radio and podcasting.
My goal is to make BLAZIN Fuego 420 the #1 home for Latino music, culture, and media worldwide.
BLAZIN 420:
Drew, as Program Director and Lead DJ of BLAZIN Fuego 420, you’ve been instrumental in shaping the station’s sound. How would you describe the musical identity of the platform?
DJ HTX DREW:
It’s Houstón energy with global reach.
I blend Hip-Hop, R&B, Latin fusion, chopped-and-screwed classics, and international club heat — all rooted in Southern authenticity.
We represent the streets, the culture, the legacy, and the future.
When people listen to BLAZIN Fuego 420, they’re listening to the heartbeat of our community.
BLAZIN 420:
You come from a legendary lineage as a second-generation member of the Choppaholix DJ Crew. How does that legacy influence your work today?
DJ HTX DREW:
Being part of Choppaholix is an honor — it’s history, it’s responsibility, and it’s love.
I grew up watching legends refine a sound that changed the world.
Now it’s my turn to carry that forward.
Whether I’m spinning, producing, or curating the station, I’m telling the story of Houston through sound.
BLAZIN 420:
Your interviews on STR8 From The City Podcast were iconic. How does that experience shape the content you bring to BLAZIN Fuego 420?
DJ HTX DREW:
It taught me to listen — really listen.
Talking to Big Pokey, Lil Flip, Powda, ALD 300, and others showed me that every artist has layers.
At BLAZIN Fuego 420, those layers matter.
We’re giving artists a place to tell their stories, break their records, and connect with the community in a real way.
BLAZIN 420:
Naomi, what makes DJ HTX Drew the perfect partner in leading BLAZIN Fuego 420?
NAOMI G:
Drew is culture.
He lives it, breathes it, and translates it into every mix.
His understanding of sound, emotion, and community makes him invaluable.
Together, we’re not just building a station — we’re building a movement.
BLAZIN 420:
Drew, what does it mean to work alongside Naomi G as she leads this new chapter?
DJ HTX DREW:
Naomi is a powerhouse.
Her vision, her leadership, and her ability to connect with people elevate everything we’re doing.
Working with her is like adding gasoline to a flame — we’re about to set the culture on fire.
BLAZIN 420:
What can listeners expect next from BLAZIN Fuego 420?
NAOMI G:
More music.
More culture.

We’re launching new shows, highlighting new voices, and setting new standards for Latino media.
